This has the element of surprise! it is box filled with tiny helium filled balloons and one 18" birthday foil balloon. When the box is opened the tiny balloons are released and the 18" birthday balloon pops up. The birthday balloon is attached to a bag of assorted candy. Please note the box is a brown kraft color rather than the white in photo.
